1. Full Refund: If you cancel within the 14-day period and have not accessed any course materials or started the course, you will receive a full refund of the price paid.
2. Transaction Fees: The initial transaction fees charged by payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal) during your purchase are non-refundable. These fees are not imposed by us but by the payment processors themselves.
3. No Additional Fees: We will not charge any additional fees for processing your refund.
Refunds will be processed using your original payment method. No refund will be issued if you access course materials online or if the course begins within the 14-day period. We expect customers to apply course strategies diligently and do not offer refunds for a change of mind after the 14-day cancellation period. Cancellations and refunds beyond this period are subject to our full terms and conditions. For any questions or to initiate a refund within the eligible period, please contact our customer support.
