For many years, I have worked with procrastinators....
I mean, perfectionists...
Eeeemmm, sorry I mean procrastinating perfectionists...
Or shall I say prefectionistic procrastinators?
To cut a long story short, procractinators share a lot of common ground with perfectionists in regards to emotional and cognitive features as well as coping mechanisms, habits and behaviors.
(In order to check whether you are a perfectionist, and how much of a Perfectionist you are, check my FREE GUIDE here) So I know WHY people choose to procrastinate,
👉even though that makes them feels worse than before
👉even though this sabotages their own happiness and growth
👉even though it harms their physical and mental health
BECAUSE Procrastination has a gain. And once we discover that gain, we can start reversing Procrastination.
